Doring Bay

Doring Bay is situated 8km from Strandfontein. The jetty and crayfish factory with the lighthouse in the background creates a picture that many a people capture in their minds and on camera. The bay was originally used as an anchorage for the trading route. Camels was used to transport the provisions from the bay to surrounding towns.
